Munkácsy Award-winning painter, mosaic artist, university professor
He graduated from the Hungarian Col lege of Fine Arts as a student of Gyula Hincz, János Kmetty and Gyula Pap. He participated in a group exhibition in Paris in 1963. He was a member of the artists’ colony in Szentendre between 1974 and 1978, and he taught at the Hungarian College of Applied Arts from 1971 to 2000. His mural works can be found throughout the country. His works are held in various collections, including the Hungarian National Gallery and the Contemporary Hungarian Gallery in Dunaszerdahely (Dunajská Streda, SK).
