Alexandra NÁDAS
(1974, Budapest) graphic artist and painter
She graduated in graphic arts in 2000 from the Hungarian University of Fine Arts, where her masters were Alajos Ezik, Gábor Pásztor and Tibor Somorjai Kiss. She launched the NaN-art Drawing School and Graphic Design Workshop in Budapest in 2010 and has been managing it with her husband, Gábor Nagy, ever since. She has had over seventy solo exhibitions since 1996 and her works have been exhibited at over six hundred group exhibitions in Hungary and abroad, as well as at national and international exhibitions. In recent years, she has had solo exhibitions in several Hungarian cities and Milan. Her most important recognitions are the Barcsay Prize (1999, 2004), the Award of the Hungarian Association of Creative Artists (2007), the award of the 31st Summer Exhibition in Szeged (2004), the Béla Endre Prize (2012), the Zoltán Borbereki Kovács Prize (2017) and the Tornyai Plaque (2024). Her works can be found in several public collections in Hungary and abroad.
