Orsolya GÓRA

(1975, Budapest) painter

She graduated in 2000 from the Hungarian University of Fine Arts, where her master was Gábor Nagy. She won a Ludwig scholarship in 1997, enabling her to spend two semesters at the Düsseldorf Academy of Arts in the international class of Professor Konrad Klapheck. She held a scholarship of the Hungarian Academy of Arts between 2021 and 2024, during which time she worked on the colour theory and colour dynamics developed by colour scientist Professor Antal Nemcsics and made her series titled Colour Sequences. She is currently working on her art at the Zichy Major in Budaörs.
