Orsolya Lia VETŐ

(1991, Budapest) painter

She graduated in painting in 2014 from the Hungarian University of Fine Arts in the class of János Kósa and Réka Nemere. Then, in 2016, she completed her MA in art history at the Pázmány Péter Catholic University. She earned a DLA degree there in 2024 as a student of Péter Somody. She organised a solo exhibition at the Hegyvidék Gallery in 2019, the VILTIN Gallery and the Tornyai János Museum in 2023 and at the Virág Judit Gallery in 2024. She won the Gyula Rudnay art scholarship in 2022, the J enő Maticska Prize in 2023 and the Barcsay Prize in 2025. In addition to private collections, her works can be found in private collections as well as the contemporary collection of the Hungarian National Bank.
