József PINCZÉS

(1982, Debrecen) painter

He completed the painting, drawing and visual art teacher programmes between 2002 and 2008 at the Hungarian University of Fine Arts, where his master was Zsigmond Károlyi. He studied at the Akademie Der Bildenden Künste in Munich in 2006. He has had solo and group exhibitions in Hungary and abroad since 2005. He won the scholarship awarded to artists by UniCredit in 2012 and 2014. He received the third prize at the Water and Life International Biennial in 2013. He ccurrently works as an artist teacher at the Zöld Kakas Lyceum. His works can be found in the collections of the UniCredit Bank (Budapest) and the Xu Beihong Arts Committee (Beijing).
