(1975, Csíkszereda / Miercurea Ciuc, RO) fine artist
He graduated from the National University of the Arts in Bucharest in 2001. He founded Forum Fifteen – an online fine arts forum that reviews contemporary art events in Szeklerland – in 2015 and since then has been its editor. He has been the curator of the International Biennial of Graphic Arts in Szeklerland since 2017. He has participated in numerous symposia and has been active in artists’ colonies. His works have been exhibited at hundreds of venues in Hungary, the Czech Republic, Sweden, Romania, Italy, Switzerland and France. He has received numerous professional recognitions, including the creative grant of the Communitas Foundation (2003, 2010), the Budapest Gallery’s scholarship (2006, 2019), the Simon Hollósy scholarship jointly awarded by the Ministry of National Cultural Heritage and the Illyés Public Foundation (2006), the Barcsay Prize (2011), the Special Prize of the II. International Biennial of Graphic Arts of Szeklerland (2012), the scholarship awarded by the Hungarian Academy of Arts (2021-2024), and several art grants awarded by the National Cultural Fund of Hungary.
